“ Great selection of beer to choose from. I had a ‘Where the Buffalo Roam’ by Duration, it was lovely. During the day the other half of the bar turns into a bakery and coffee shop which is also a winner. Will be back!! ”

With all the students, you'd think Cambridge would be awash with micro-breweries and craft ale makers, yet they seem thin on the ground. So, a good tap, just off the bus way, is a real find! Had a great evening trying their range if beers, making the most of the sample sets (3 x 1/3 pint glasses). Staff were very helpful, and each beer was interesting. A good mix of those I thought were great, middling and not to my taste at all, but all were great quality. Part of the fun of these places is trying new beers, and never quite knowing if it will be amazing or iffy. If you are a lager drinker, there may not be much for you here, at least on tap. Food is provided by a take-away van parked outside. Didn't try it, but it seemed expensive for the portion sizes, and there wasn't much there I'd personally enjoy. ”

Great quality food and drinks (and beer) too, at very reasonable prices. My kids find this place very comfortable - there are games for kids and treats for pets! Can't beat this place for price, service and atmosphere. ”
